Attendance and Participation

Three unexcused absences across lectures and discussion sessions are permitted. Further unexcused absences may significantly reduce the attendance and class participation grade. The quality and consistency of class participation will also be taken into account.

An absence is treated as excused only when approved by the CMO and/or OAA, as applicable. Students are responsible for ensuring that the relevant decision is shared with the teaching team within one week of the absence.

Late Submissions

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Quizzes and Examinations

Detailed quiz and examination policies will be announced on Google Classroom.

Academic Integrity

Any evidence of an academic-integrity violation or plagiarism in quizzes, examinations, or the project will result in an F for the entire course, without exception. The violation will also be reported to the OAA.

Academic Accommodations

Students requiring academic accommodations should contact the teaching team. The teaching team will coordinate with the Office of Learning Support (OLS) as necessary.
